Android phone users out there?
I got a Samsung Moment running Android OS to replace my Palm Treo about a month ago. Loved the Palm for about 15 years, but it's future is much in doubt. (The current Palm Web OS might in fact be great, but my doubts are greater than my curiosity for it.)
I'm in the tank for Google. If you don't use Gmail, I highly recommend it. Way less spam, and you can tie in other email accounts. Google's Calendar, Map, Reader, etc. are all great and free.
If you like Google and want an always-on smartphone, Android is a great choice. There is no faster way to always get your email, period. Everything stays in sync with no effort.
I've never had an iPhone, but I've had an iPod Touch (like a iPhone, minus the, er, phone.) The polish and usability of the iPhone OS is no doubt superior. But the Android is less expensive and, again, seamlessly integrated with the Google.
Anyway, no doubt Android beats the old Palm for me. Anyone else have one?
